Gwen, 2006: ",,,(I) particularly appreciate interesting recipes for using vegetables that aren't mainstream. The Baba Ganoush... recipe was timely for the eggplants. They aren't on my top 10 list, but I love Middle Eastern food and didn't even realize that eggplant was a main ingredient until I saw the recipe."

Ana, 2006: "Keep up the great job! You've made a tremendous difference in my family's eating habits. Every Saturday is like Christmas for me!"

Barbara, 2006: "...I, once again, am letting you know how VERY much we have enjoyed the fruits of your labor in the CSA. It is just amazing the quality and excellent variety of the items you offer us. I am going to miss the Saturday pick ups for lots of reasons. My husband & I made Saturday our "lunch date" day as the time coincided with the pick up time in Hollywood so we have had many great Saturdays this year..As I have also observed prices in the local stores and also the pricey fresh markets and compare what we get weekly and what they are selling their fruits for, I also realize the value of all the items we get from you....not counting the "freshness quality" that goes along with your products. I will definetely (sp) be looking forward to enrolling for next year and will sorely miss you through the summer..."

James, 2006 Trial shares: "We have thoroughly enjoyed our shares and they came at a good time because we were at home all of January."

Lisa M, 2005: "We are really enjoying the variety and quality. So far we have been able to eat (or at least cook into freezable leftover lunches) everything each week....and even the kids have found it interesting to try the new veggies. The kids loved the green and purple beans today...they were eaten raw right when we brought them home."
